At Roux & Regis, every pair of shoes is made to order, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a truly premium finish.

Production & Shipping Time
Since each pair is handcrafted specifically for you, our production and shipping process takes 12–15 working days from the date of order confirmation. This timeline allows our artisans to carefully create, paint, and finish your shoes to perfection.

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your order details and (for custom designs) finalize the artwork. Orders are processed only after confirmation and any required advance payment.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated during order confirmation or displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID to stay updated on your delivery.

Delays
As all products are handmade, slight delays may occur due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances. However, we always strive to deliver within the promised timeframe.
