What type of colors do you use?
We use premium-quality Angelus leather paints, specially made for leather surfaces to ensure rich color, flexibility, and long-lasting finish.
Is the paint removable?
No, the paint is not removable. We properly prepare the leather using a deglazer and apply a professional finisher, making the artwork permanent, durable, and resistant to wear.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we offer custom-made designs based on your preferences. After placing your order, we will contact you on WhatsApp for design confirmation.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard production and shipping time is approximately 15 days, as each pair is made and painted by hand.
Can I exchange my shoes?
Custom shoes are not eligible for exchange. However, our standard designs can be exchanged within 7 days, subject to our exchange policy.
