At Roux & Regis, every pair is crafted with precision and care. Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom-made shoes are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.

For our standard, ready-design collections, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Customers may request an exchange in case of size issues or manufacturing defects, provided the shoes are unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order. Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us, and the replacement will be processed after inspection.

Please note that exchange requests will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Roux & Regis reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
